Sikkens Cetol Maintenance Clear 003 Topcoat is a premium clear exterior satin finish to be used over existing Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus or Sikkens Cetol Log & Siding as a maintenance coat. With maintenance coats, pigmented products will further darken the wood. With a one coat application of Sikkens Cetol Maintenance, the wood will retain the same look and color.
VOC (Volatile organic compounds) regulations prohibit us from shipping Cetol Maintenance to all states. Not all of the stains that we sell are compliant for all states. As it stands 16 states have adopted the more stringent 250 regulation:

will be shipped to the following states:
California, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Northern Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
In addition certain counties in California have adopted 100 VOC regulations: LA County, Riverside County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, If you live in one of these counties Cetol Maintenance and Cetol RE Maintenance CAN NOT be shipped.

Can Cetol Maintenance ship to my state?
VOC rules limit where Cetol Maintenance can ship. The RE version ships to the stricter 250 VOC states, and neither version can ship to Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange or San Bernardino counties in California.
